Please read these terms and conditions which apply to the provision of my professional services. By making an appointment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Anne Lauener offers Rapid Transformational Therapy Hypnotherapy using the unique Marisa Peer Method. Only 1 session is generally required per issue, however some clients may need 2, and occasionally 3 for more deeply rooted issues.
Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe and relaxing. You will remain conscious and in complete control throughout. In hypnosis the person is guided into an interactive meditation that may include childhood memories to help discover the root cause of the issues. Often thought programs useful in childhood are no longer needed and the cause of the block. Anne will work together with you in hypnosis to get an understanding of where the belief or behaviour originated, with the view to freeing it and moving forward in life.
Please note, hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success. The client needs to want the change and be open and willing and motivated to want the change via hypnosis.
The information, techniques, methods, recommendations by Anne Lauener are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care by a qualified physician/GP, nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognisably qualified. If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for any condition, do not make adjustments to any prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt, you should seek your GP’s advice.
Initial consultation
You may be offered a free 20 minute online initial consultation. No therapy will be provided during the consultation.
The purpose of this initial consultation is to answers your questions. During these calls, estimates of the number of sessions required to deal with your presenting issue are given on the basis of the information presented at that time.
Booking & Payment
Payment is always required 48 hours before the session by bank transfer, Twint or PayPal. Where payment is not received 48 hours before your session, the session will be cancelled and may be offered to someone else. You will always receive confirmation of the professional fees before booking.
Attending sessions
Please ensure that you are available at your session start time. If you are running late, please let me know and I will do my best to make a full session available, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
If you need to cancel or re-schedule a session, notification must be made via email or phone call at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the full price will be invoiced.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of both in-person sessions and online sessions.
You agree to not attend sessions under the inference of alcohol or recreational drugs, otherwise the session will be terminated without refunding the payment.
Where a discount package or therapy program has been booked and paid for in advance, if you choose to discontinue your therapy process before attending all the sessions, a pro rata refund will be issued after deduction at the full standard session fee for the sessions attended.
Outcome of sessions
The agreement to work on the issues presented by you in no way guarantees the resolution of your presenting issue(s). No outcome can or will be guaranteed, however, I will always endeavour to use my best efforts and skills to work towards your goals and intended outcomes. Personal success depends on many factors that Anne Lauener has no control over, including your willingness to change via the use of hypnosis by listening to the personalized recordings 1-2 times a day for 21 days. Session fees are for my time and professional expertise, therefore no refunds will be given for any sessions where you have attended and paid for the session.
Any messages/contact between sessions will be by telephone, email or What’s App. Messages received or sent outside of office hours will be dealt with during office hours only.
Health conditions
I may ask questions about your medical history to establish any contra-indications to treatment. This will also help to assess whether your health is affecting (or being affected by) the therapeutic goals you wish to achieve. Please update me of any medical changes during your course of therapy, or if you are returning to therapy after a period of absence.
If you are receiving care or treatment from any medical, or therapy practitioner, e.g. GP, Psychologist, Psychiatrist or Counsellor, you may be asked to seek their permission before any therapy sessions can commence.
Please note that I will be unable to offer my professional services if you suffer from epilepsy or any form of psychosis.
Confidentiality
All contact, including sessions and correspondence will be conducted in confidence. All recordings, conversations and notes will remain confidential, except where you give permission for confidentiality to be broken, when minors (under 18 years old) are involved, and where a referring GP or other healthcare professional requires a report.

Hypnotherapy recordings
Hypnotherapy recordings should not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or undertaking any other activity where concentration is required. Any recording provided is for your personal use only and must not be shared, lent, copied, or sold under any circumstances.
Statements of understanding
I agree to the terms & conditions.
I have accurately and truthfully answered any questions and provided background information during the initial consultation and /or first therapy session and will continue to do so during any subsequent therapy sessions.
For live sessions I grant Anne Lauener permission to respectfully lift my hand, touch my arm or head during my Rapid Transformation session(s) in order help facilitate the process.
I understand that I may be regressed back to childhood memories to discover the root cause of the issue to be changed in order to get an understanding of the where and how the behaviour/thought/belief originated with the view to change it.
I agree that clients under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will be seen in-person.
